As the last days of Summer are coming we felt like we should hit the lake and go after some late summer crappie. Dad and I took Danny and Pam from Tulsa, OK out for a half day of fun crappie catching on Enid Lake in MS. It was warm then hot but the conversation and fun on the boat out weighed the heat. We caught a bunch of small crappie and we say small they were 11 inches and some smaller. On Enid Lake the crappie have to be over 12 inches to keep. As you can see by the photos we caught some hogs. Dad and I are looking forward to seeing Danny and Pam this spring.
